As usual, we should start to learn with why question. Why I named the cuisine with The Grumpy Salt Fish? The answer is..... Because the colour of salt fish is redness so it identic with grumpy or angry hehehe. ok, stop for the joke and start with the simple cooking.

'How to Make The Grumpy Salt Fish ala Dev?'

We should prepare 1. Salt Fish 2. Tempeh (optional) 3. Chilli (I love Chilli so much) 4. Tomato 5. Garlic 6. Onion 7. Salt 8. Sugar 9. Cooking oil

Time to execute 1. Clean the Salt Fish 2. Cut tempeh to your taste 3. Chopp the tomato, chilli, garlic, and onion 4. Stir-fry the chopped tomato, chilli, garlic, and onion 5. Add Salt and sugar 6. Add the salt fish and tempeh 7. Cook until the marinade soak and lift Spicy but also salt and sweet, So yummmmmy. Simple, right? #FrugalLiving
