I just finished my dinner and I want to share about simple cooking again. Don't worry about the ingredients because I just use everything that was provided in my refrigerator. Here we go!
What the ingredients do you need? 1. Carrot 2. Broccoli 3. Sausage 4. Chinese cabbage 5. Cabbage 6. Onion (four cloves) 7. Chilli (optional, but I love chilli so much, I just use one) 8. Salt 9. Sugar 10. Soy sauce 11. Tomato sauce 12. Cornstarch (one tablespoon) 13. Tomato 14. Water 15. Cooking oil
How to cook? 1. Sliced transversely the carrot, broccoli, sausage, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, and tomato. 2. Chopped the onion and chilli. 3. Dissolve the one tablespoon of cornstarch in 200 ml water. 4. Sauteed the chopped onion and chilli, then enter the sausage. 5. Enter the carrot and broccoli, wait for 2 minutes. 6. Enter the Chinese cabbage, cabbage, tomato, and dissolved cornstarch. 7. Add the salt, sugar, soy sauce, and tomato sauce. 8. Taste, please. If It was ok, turn off the stove anddddd 9. Ready to served
