An official email enters in my inbox. This email is my ticket to start my short journey to Jakarta, today.

Yup, today I wake up earlier than before. I was book ticket Bandung-Gambir and Gambir-Bandung alone, just with myself. I believe everything was clear so I am not worried. Actually, I am little afraid before because I never go to Gambir with my self before. But, because of Allah, Allah again, and always Allah. When I arrived at Gambir station I meet my friends, So I am not alone.

What is Mandiri Young Leader 2017? This is a kind of Leadership program who held by Mandiri Bank and this program can give the winner job opportunity in Mandiri Bank. This year, the program is opened for final years students, fresh graduate, and internal staff of Mandiri Bank.

What I do there? Actually, I get the ticket for the Mandiri Young Leader 2017 workshop because I have applied for this program and I did preselection before like online psycho test and a short essay. The workshop held at Mandiri University, Jakarta on 11.00 AM until 18.00 PM. I am very grateful to get this occasion because I meet many outstanding final year students and fresh graduate there. I also meet top level banker of Mandiri who gives the speech.

The first speech is about Working Life as Banking Leader.The second speech is about Opportunity as IT and Risk Specialist in Banking Industry.The third speech is about Mandiri Young Leader as Development Program to be Mandiri Future Leader. And the last but not least speech is about Leadership for Youth in Banking Industry. Besides that, I also get the explanation for what I should do to continue this program.

Actually, I don't know how far my willingness to join this program. My reason is the program require an internship in January until February but I still have credit that should I finish for my graduation. Besides that, the program also requires that I should graduate in July. I think it is little hard for me to fulfil that requirement. I am not sure my final assignment can be finished if I do an internship from January until February. But, the point is my mother highly support me to continue this program.

I do not know, I leave it all to God. I resigned while still doing what I had to do.
