Stir-fry beans and tempeh ala-ala

Hi anak kos lover!

Today I will share (again) about simple cooking, ya it's very very simple.

What do you need?

Beans Tempeh onion garlic red onion chili salt white sugar brown sugar soy sauce cooking oil water peppers tomato

Let's go.. 1. Cut the beans and tempeh, suit one's taste 2. Fry the tempe 3. Fry the garlic, red onion, and chilli. This step is optional. I do this to make easier the process of pounding spices. 4. Pounding the garlic, red onion, and chilli. Remember to add the salt. 5. Heat the cooking oil and stir fry the onion until the smell is out. 6. Add the pounding spices, soy sauce, white sugar, brown sugar, and water. 7. After the seasoning solution is boiling, add the beans. 8. After the beans are tender enough, add the fried tempeh, pepper, and tomato. 9. Ready to serve!!!
