Mackarel Tuna with Coconut Milk and Yellow Spice

Hello Anak Kos lovers!!!

Today, I will share you again about simple cooking. Yeay...

Ingredients

Mackarel tuna

Tempe

Tomato

Lettuce

Chilli

Turmeric 

Ginger

Laos

Garlic

Red onion

Salt

Brown sugar

Sugar

Coconut milk

Cooking oil

Water

How to cook?

1. Stir fry the chilli, garlic, red onion.

2. Mash the chilli, garlic, red onion, kunyit, ginger, laos (geprek aja). Remember to add the salt.

3. Fry the tempe.

4. Boil the coconut milk + spices that have been mashed + sugar + brown sugar and always mix to prevet the solution broke.

5. After boiling, add the tempe, tongkol, and slice of tomato.

6. Correct the taste

7. Ready to serve!!!!

Is sooooo easy, right?
