What do you need?

pineapple jam 240 g butter 70 g sugar flour/ smooth sugar 2 eggs yolk 300 g low protein flour

material for smearing 1 egg yolk yellow food colouring

Let's practise! 1. Mix the butter + sugar flour + 2 eggs yolk 2. Add low protein flour little by little and mix until the dough is smooth 3. Shape to taste, don't forget to insert the pineapple jam 4. For the smearing, shake the yolk that has been added yellow food colouring 5. Smear the nastar with that yolk 6. Oven to mature
